The opportunity
We are building a dedicated team of Outbound Lead Generation Specialists who are enthusiastic, tenacious, and persuasive. We seek qualified candidates with strong verbal communication skills who excel at overcoming obstacles on the phone. Location: Philippines
Employment Type: Contract
Working Hours: 9pm to 6am PHT (APR-OCT) or 10pm to 7am PHT (NOV-MAR)
What you'll do
- B2B Telemarketing: Conduct telemarketing efforts on behalf of our clients to identify and qualify leads for their campaigns.
- Script Utilization: Learn and effectively utilize customized scripts to articulate the technical and business benefits of our clients' products and services.
- Process Improvement: Analyze scripts and processes, listen to recorded calls, and propose innovative solutions to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with potential leads to gather valuable information and insights.
- Daily Planning: Develop and maintain structured daily plans to maximize phone interaction time.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and deadlines.
Who you are
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar outbound cold calling role is required.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail and organization.
- Strong perseverance and the ability to navigate through objections effectively.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward.
- Must have a working laptop/PC and internet and backup connection.

Employer work visa sponsorship and support are not provided for this role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the Philippines at hire and must maintain authorization to work in the Philippines throughout their employment with our company.
Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Hourly pay range
₱224—₱392 PHP
