As a Lead Generation Specialist, you identify and acquire qualified business contacts. With your strong understanding of B2B markets, your data-driven approach, and your excellent communication skills, you unlock new sales potential and actively contribute to the sustainable growth of our company.
 

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Identify and proactively approach potential business customers
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies and prepare qualified contacts
  • Schedule appointments and hand them over to the sales team
  • Develop tailored solutions based on customer needs
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns
  • Use CRM and analytics tools to optimize and streamline processes

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Team-oriented with a high level of assertiveness
  • Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
