Lead Generation Representative – Remote (U.S.) EST or CST required

Hourly Rate - $21.50

Join Quadient’s high-impact demand generation team, driving millions in sales through data-driven insights and outbound prospecting. As a Lead Generation Representative, you'll identify sales opportunities in the Mail Related Services segment, supporting our Field Sales Representatives through 120-140 daily calls.

  • Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calls

  • Develop and implement action plans to optimize results

  • Provide campaign feedback and collaborate with managers

  • Build relationships and communicate effectively across teams

  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM

Your profile

  • 2-5 years of B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development experience

  • Experience in high-volume outbound calling; prior experience working within lead generation teams is a plus.

  • Experience with high-volume outbound calling

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication skills, goal-oriented mindset, and proficiency in outbound calling

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus

This position has an hourly pay range of:

$20.29-$30.43
