We’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager to take full ownership of Topline’s outbound email strategy and execution. In this role, you’ll design, test, and scale always-on campaigns that turn high-potential prospects into qualified leads, using data to guide every decision. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and RevOps to ensure campaigns are not only creative but measurable, repeatable, and impactful. This is an opportunity to build structure, introduce new tools and processes, and directly shape how Topline drives pipeline growth through email.
⚡ What you'll doPlan, launch, and manage outbound email campaigns from strategy through reporting.
Build and maintain always-on email programs that keep the pipeline full and healthy.
Create tailored messaging for specific segments and continuously test new approaches.
Partner with RevOps to manage lead flow, segmentation, and campaign performance.
Monitor deliverability, domain health, and overall email performance.
Establish lightweight systems and dashboards for reporting and performance tracking.
Analyze data, share insights, and recommend next steps to optimize future campaigns.
6+ years total marketing experience, including 2+ years focused on outbound or email-based lead generation.
Strong analytical mindset — able to define success metrics, track results, and act on insights.
Proven operational rigor with the ability to design and run repeatable campaign systems.
Excellent copywriting skills rooted in buyer psychology and clear value communication.
Experience managing outbound or email-based marketing programs with measurable outcomes.
Comfortable working independently, managing complexity, and driving projects from start to finish.
Collaborative and communicative — works well with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps partners.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Naturally curious and eager to test new ideas, technologies, and tools.
Excited to build scalable systems and structure into a growing marketing function.
