The Opportunity:
As the Functional Architect, you'll work with our Architecture & Solutions Capability and Project Manager office to build tailored solutions based on our requirements. Your expertise in Workfront administration, object relationships, and third-party software integrations will be crucial.
This is a remote-friendly position reporting to Director, Enterprise Architecture - Americas.
Here's what you'll do:
- Guide the design and configuration of Global Workfront instance, ensuring seamless functionality
- Lead technical discussions and produce documentation for Workfront integrations that enhance the end-to-end integrations.
- Solve technical issues head-on, providing validated solutions
- Identify project risks to the Enterprise Architect Director and PM's
- Review, analyze, and challenge requirements during discovery and design sessions
- Respond to gaps or needs within scope, ensuring business satisfaction
- Align with Global Central teams to ensure the solutions advised in regions aligns to Global solutions and follow the change management process as needed.
- Workfront Fusion expertise will be an additional benefit.
When you're not leading business deliveries you'll be active participant in our growing Workfront practice within Americas by collaborating with Shared services. Helping share knowledge so we refine our go-to-market messaging, client solutions and delivery practices.
What we are looking for in you
- 3+ years experience configuring or delivering Workfront is vital
- Ability to handle business issues (internal and external) and suggest resolutions
- Understand Lead to Cash business processes and critical success factors to create impactful solutions
- Most work will be remote, but you are willing to travel up to 20% for projects
The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
