Frontend Tech Lead
A Frontend tech Lead is a pivotal role within a software development team, focusing on the UI/UX of web development. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. As a Frontend Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding frontend developers across multiple teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality web applications, and driving innovative front-end strategies and solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Leading the technical direction of the frontend for various teams and applications within our ecosystem.
• Actively participating in product design and feature development.
• Ensuring code quality and application optimization.
• Mentoring team members and fostering their professional growth.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Total Exp: 12 + Years & At least 5 years of experience as Senior Front End Developer
• Expert in Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST,
• Good understanding of backend technologies such as .Net and Python and how they work with front end
• Proven experience in frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to align development goals with business objectives.
