As the FP&A Lead you will oversee FP&A related processes, working closely with RE CFO and Markets FP&A Leads. He/she coordinates and governs MEC, RE HQ budget and support TGT, MYF cycles ensuring and driving effective and efficient financial processes, removing inefficiencies thus enabling rational and in-time decision making and insightful analyses and presentations to both regional management. This position also plays a key role in tracking, coordinating and analyzing APO$. Additionally close collaboration and coordination with Hyderabad FP&A team will be part of this role
Job Description
Major accountabilities:- Support and manage the budgeting and LO process for the area of responsibility seeking to improve efficiency of those processes by enhancing usage of digital solutions, AI and APO based tools
- Accountable to identify and deliver regional processes simplification and activity-reporting automation and standardization.
- Develops tools, designs frameworks and processes that enable strategic, optimized and effective business decision-making, monitors business performance against set objectives and take corrective measures·
- Actively manage relationships with and between regional and clusters / market finance stakeholders
- Facilitates and supports liaison with the FP&A Markets Leads and the FP&A team based in Hyderabad
- Manage and integrate services delivered to the organization and provide expert advice and financial support to multiple countries.
- Provide well managed, accurate and quality financial analysis and technical / analytical support to the business, effective financial critical information and prepare various high level management reports on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis
- Key interfaces include Regional CFO and Finance team, Region Europe HQs, CFOs and FP&A lead in EU clusters / markets
- Effective oversight of the regional/cluster/market financial processes, resulting in efficient MEC, planning and forecast processes aiming to high financial accuracy and insights
- Achievement of planned Sales, TFC and Consolidated Gross Income -Accuracy of Forecasts compared to Actuals - Working Capital ratios achieved - and meeting internal reporting deadlines.

- University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance/ MBA desirable. >10 years of relevant business experience (Sandoz finance experience as BPA / Head BPA considered an asset)
- Experience in establish complex processes and digital initiatives. Experience in problem structuring and problem solving, able to handle complex analysis.
- Experience in IT skills, particularly BPC, MS Excel, MS Power-Point. Alteryx and, Dashboard modelling desirable. Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills with analytical mindset and ability to understand situations, interdependencies and challenges in a holistic way. Able to leverage networks of professionals across functions and business areas and get them to produce high quality output as well as to interpret complex information and to influence internal and external peers
- Negotiation skills, ability to clearly define trade-offs and drive decision making in a context of competing priorities, partnering up with stakeholders at all levels. Drives project efficiently, with a ‘value creation’ mentality by maintaining a key focus on efficiency, effectiveness and user experience. Able to work effectively and keep deadlines at all levels in an organization.
