OVERVIEW:

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from proactive and strategic sourcing to the successful hiring of qualified candidates for key positions within our organization. You will leverage your industry knowledge, networking skills, and market insights to connect with exceptionally talented individuals who align with our brand values. This role requires a hands-on approach to building relationships with both candidates and hiring leaders, ensuring a customer-focused, efficient, and effective recruiting process that elevates our talent acquisition strategy.

  • Develops recruitment strategies to proactively search for a diverse pool of candidates using advanced sourcing techniques including search engines, social networks, job boards, user groups, competitive intelligence, and direct recruiting techniques to build a pipeline of talent. Identify unique and non-traditional sources to find highly skilled and specialized candidates. Experience recruiting both active and passive candidates.

  • May specialize and focus recruiting efforts on niche skill sets or industries, at director level within the organization, and develops a unique sourcing base in order to identify candidates. Develops a knowledge of “who’s who” within the industry and leverages this information in the search process.

  • Reviews employment applications and resumes evaluating work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants. Qualifies candidates by conducting, Video Screens and in-person interviews. Refers qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager for review and offers recommendations to manager based on their findings. Provides coaching and advice to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.

  • Collaborates with the Director of Compensation and VP of Total Rewards to provide salary recommendation to hiring manager based on level of position, market analysis and internal comparisons. Negotiates compensation, creates offer letters, performs reference/background checks and initiates the relocation agreement when appropriate.

  • Provides market research and insights to Hiring Managers and executives based on issues and themes they experience in the search processes. Stays abreast and current on latest recruiting and industry trends to continuously evolve candidate pipeline and service levels. Attends events and engages regularly with Industry events and recruiting symposiums.

  • Ensures that all interviewing and hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations related to equal employment opportunity, immigration, and company policies. Continuously assesses and enhances selection and placement techniques, recommending “best practice” approaches such as behavior-based interviewing to managers and supervisors. Develops strategic partnerships with search firms and co-manages the relationship with Executive Search firms.

  • Creates tailored documents to support search efforts, including candidate pitch decks, search progress updates, and detailed candidate profiles, which are regularly reviewed by senior leadership, including Vice Presidents, the Executive Chairman, CEO, and President. The Executive Recruiter will also collaborate with and lead meetings involving senior-level executives, from Vice Presidents to the CEO and President, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of high-volume recruiting experience, experience in "high touch" or executive recruiting preferred

  • 4 year degree in HR, Business or related field

  • Applicant Tracking (ATS) Software - Workday preferred

  • Internet Search Tools

  • LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Passionate about recruiting top talent as demonstrated by high level of energy, positive and upbeat attitude.

  • Experience staffing positions at a variety of levels, including senior management.

  • Ability to handle constant change with ease and flexibility.

  • Experience presenting decks and/or search strategies to company leaders.

  • Ability to handle special projects as assigned.

  • Proven ability to use behavioral interviewing techniques.
