Position Compensation Range:
$88,000.00 - $145,000.00Pay Rate Type:

Primary Accountabilities:
- Define enterprise payments modernization direction (target-state capabilities, standards, control expectations).
- Drive data-led, cross-functional process improvement, using root cause analysis to resolve systemic issues and design future solutions.
- Lead major payment incidents end-to-end, including, remediation strategy, and long-term fixes.
- Own business continuity leadership for accounts receivable processes, ensuring recovery strategies and coordinated response to disruptions.
- Serve as enterprise authority on payment risk and compliance, operationalizing NACHA and card brand requirements.
- Influence senior leadership decisions through clear risk framing, tradeoffs, and revenue .
- Establish enterprise standards, governance, and success metrics across payments.
- May require completing other assignments or participating in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Education Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Extensive knowledge of the technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading projects or programs, including linking and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

In this hybrid role, you will expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of our Madison, WI, Boston, MA or Hopkins, MN offices.
