Role Overview
We are hiring a Lead Engineer – .Net to drive development and delivery within the Data Strategy & Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable software platforms/products using Microsoft technologies and NoSQL solutions (ElasticSearch preferred).
- Analyse business and technical problems and deliver effective solutions independently. [
- Participate in full product lifecycle: requirements, development, deployment, and documentation.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing alignment, and best practices.
Leadership & Technical Skills
- Mentor and coach team members; drive code reviews and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UX and cross-functional teams for timely delivery. [
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), CI/CD and release management.
- Hands-on experience in .NET Core (6+), C#, ASP.NET, Angular (16+), HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with Elasticsearch / NoSQL (Logstash, Kibana preferred).
- Strong SQL Server skills (queries, stored procedures) with exposure to MySQL.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualification
- BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience.

Skills Required
- BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5-7 years of hands-on software development experience
- .NET Core (6+) and C#
