Lead Engineer – Testing (Validation)What can you expect?

What will your responsibilities be?
Leads team of Engineers / Technicians to evaluate the quality of product according to requirements defined by “customer”
Requirements can be by outside (OEM customer) or internal (Adient goals/targets ) customer or both
Application and maintain of management system acc. ISO/IEC 17025:2017
Under leans use of all resources
Lead the team to get needed technical knowledge
To follow all Adient standards
Leading of all laboratories aspects in accordance with quality
People Development, Leadership / mentoring support of the team, Succession planning, Resource planning
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
Engineer (bachelor, FH, TH, Master ) or technical career min 5 years
Min. 5 years in technical industry
General engineering, Professional Software (e-mail, internet, presentation), Customer requirement (CR), including Customer specific requirements (CSR) knowledge based on job title for relevant customer projects
English and German – fluent written and spoken.
