Salesforce Analytics
Requirements:
· Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce reporting and dashboards for enterprise clients.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions for analytics and reporting.
· Sales and Service Cloud report/dashboard building proficiency.
· Proficiency in SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
· Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data visualization best practices.
· Good to know Integration of Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, Snowflake, and other third-party applications.
· Design and develop advanced analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics.
· Create custom dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to meet business requirements.
· Implement data integration processes to ensure accurate and timely data availability in Salesforce.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
· Must have created and leveraged Salesforce platform best practices along with coding and design guidelines.
· Must have Good Communication & client interaction skills.
· Implement best practices for data management, security, and compliance
