• Leads team efforts to design, develop, test and document complex software systems and applications.

• Estimates software development tasks to within predictable variances, given specified functional and business requirements.
• Evaluates secure coding practices and tools, recommending and driving improvements.
• Defines and recommends metrics to improve on quality, cycle time, reliability and other key factors.
• Presents system alterations and designs to peers and colleagues.
• Provides technical and procedural guidance to fellow team members, adjacent teams and other relevant stakeholders.

- Strong Experience working on System software development.
- Solid technical knowledge in C# programming languages and .NET for the networking domain
- Required to have good working knowledge on building, debugging and troubleshooting on a Windows environment.
- Experience in Unisys Clear Path MCP/OS 2200 systems will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of the software development methodologies and processes like Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Clean Coding and experience in TDD, CD/CI, Jira.
- Very good analytical skills with knowledge on system thinking.
- Ability to switch role as an individual contributor, as well as a team player with cross cultural, distributed teams when situation demands.
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
