Core Responsibilities
- Drive Agile Discovery and Delivery: Lead fast-paced, iterative discovery and delivery cycles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to rapidly prototype, test, and refine AI solutions.
- Foster Innovation through Experimentation: Cultivate a culture of experimentation by encouraging creative problem-solving and leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to explore new opportunities.
- Build and Strengthen Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Facilitate knowledge exchange, co-create innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration of AI advancements into the LEGO Groups ecosystem.

Do you have what it takes?
- Practical experience working with LLM, Diffusion models, LoRA, agentic AI architecture.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, either as a technical lead or team lead, with a strong focus on mentoring and team development.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of Domain Driven Design and loosely coupled systems.
- Demonstrated ability to connect and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical roles, ensuring the tactical and strategic alignment of solutions.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with continuous delivery, DevOps, serverless architecture, and domain-driven design.
- Experience with C#/.NET Framework.
