The Role:

The Lead Electrical Engineer will be responsible for defining and reviewing system architecture of products for the Logitech G brand, including gaming keyboards, mice, controllers, and steering wheels. The role involves qualifying the electrical design to achieve quality standards, collaborating with the factory to ensure efficient mass production, leading technical development to meet cost, schedule, and user experience, and engaging in technical surveys of EE technologies to drive innovation.

Your Contribution:

- Qualify the electrical design to achieve quality standards.

- Collaborate with the factory to ensure smooth and efficient mass production.

- Lead the technical development to meet cost, schedule, and user experience.

- Bring technical insights and experience in product design involving strong cross-functional and system capabilities.

- Engage in technical surveys of EE technologies to continue driving innovation.

- Co-work with a worldwide, multi-site, and multi-cultural team to develop world-leading Gaming products.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry.

- Experience with IOT, embedded systems, and ARM-based platforms such as Nordic NRF52 or equivalent.

- Solid experience in PCBA and electrical designs including knowledge of all-type USB interfaces and USB power delivery, SPI, and I2C.

- Proficiency in electrical measurement methods including oscilloscope, spectrum, and network analyzer.

- Strong team work and cross-functional cooperation with good communication skills. - Curious and eager to explore new technology.

- Fluency in English (written/spoken).

- Proven knowledge in current and latest EE manufacturing operations.

- Quick learner, self-motivated, and curious with good time-management skills.

- Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.

- Efficiently create reports/synthesis on complex cross-functional topics.

- Team player with an outspoken, open-minded, and creative personality.

- Experience in working in a multicultural working environment.
