Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with specialist experience in Buildings to join our talented team in Canberra, where you’ll apply your expertise and make an impact on nationally significant building projects in Canberra, throughout Australia, and internationally.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Leading high-profile building projects that positively impact our community and shape our built environment.
- Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, sustainable electrical solutions and exceptional project outcomes for clients.
- Providing expert technical guidance, strategic advice, and leadership to project teams, including mentoring junior team members.
- Managing the development and submission of proposals, oversee resource allocation, and act as project manager to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Contributing to an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative team environment.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related Buildings Engineering discipline.
- 8 or more years of experience in electrical engineering for property and buildings in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience in project management of Building Engineering / Building Services projects and a track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Outstanding capability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams, with exceptional communication skills in writing, speaking, and engaging with stakeholders.
