About the Role
The R&D Portfolio & Ecosystem organization leads Ericsson's R&D partner strategy across Development Partnerships and Joint Development Model (JDM) collaborations.
As Lead Ecosystem Manager - India, you will drive the growth, enablement, governance, and continuous improvement of Ericsson's R&D ecosystem in India. You will work closely with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to build capabilities, improve delivery performance, strengthen partnerships, and support Ericsson's innovation and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Ecosystem Strategy & Growth
- Define ecosystem roadmaps and future partner requirements.
- Identify capability gaps and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
- Develop collaboration models, governance frameworks, and business cases.
- Monitor industry trends and support long-term ecosystem strategy.
Partner Enablement & Governance
- Lead partner onboarding, assessments, and capability development.
- Establish governance, performance management, and collaboration frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with Ericsson processes, quality standards, and delivery expectations.
- Build strong relationships with strategic ecosystem partners.
Operational Excellence & Transformation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the ecosystem.
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and partner performance reviews.
- Lead transformation programs that improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Facilitate governance forums, workshops, and executive reviews.
Business Analysis & Decision Support
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and performance updates.
- Support portfolio planning, capacity management, and investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Significant experience in ecosystem management, partner development, strategy execution, transformation, or program management.
- Strong understanding of telecom, R&D, and engineering delivery environments.
- Experience managing external partners and complex stakeholder networks.
