Under general direction, guides the development of digital products by prioritizing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the product meets the needs of both customers and stakeholders.

Communicates the digital product vision and strategy to the technology team. Maintains and prioritizes the product backlog, ensuring its alignment with the overall product strategy and key business priorities. Works on feature development in DevOps and provides guidance to business analysts for user stories with acceptance criteria. Provides digital development team details for feature implementation. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, comprehend user needs, and integrate valuable feedback into the dynamic product development process. Builds relationships with vendors and serves as product representative throughout product lifecycle. Defines acceptance criteria, participates in UAT, and provides sign-off. Owns product roadmap and continuous improvements.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $115,200 - $151,200 and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education.

  • Requires bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 8 years of related experience.
  • A degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field/equivalent training or experience is preferred.
  • Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile development environment.
  • Broad understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge with tools such as DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is preferred.
