About this role
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly experienced digital product leader specializing in modern authentication, advanced MFA, and Workforce IAM experiences. This role requires deep technical fluency in identity standards combined with the ability to translate complex authentication and security requirements into scalable digital solutions across the enterprise.
We are looking for a candidate with cloud expertise across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including designing and governing identity, authentication, and access patterns in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
In addition, you'll have Hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI to accelerate secure-by-design architectures, create and evaluate solution designs, propose risk-reducing controls, and increase automation to improve security posture and operational efficiency.
You're the kind of person who has IAM experience and some experience with agentic AI approaches, including the design or application of autonomous or semi-autonomous agents to support identity workflows, security operations, policy enforcement, and continuous risk reduction within enterprise environments.
In this role, you will:
Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs within the Digital environment
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and inductive thinking
Coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs, and initiatives
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Demonstrate understanding of Access Management concepts including access provisioning, de-provisioning, certifications, and entitlement lifecycle management
5+ years experience supporting joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes with an emphasis on automation and policy-driven outcomes
Familiarity with role-based and attribute-based access control (RBAC/ABAC), segregation of duties, and least-privilege principles
Desired Qualifications
Hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI to accelerate secure-by-design architectures, create and evaluate solution designs, propose risk-reducing controls, and increase automation to improve security posture and operational efficiency.
Experience with agentic AI including Agents for workflows
Experience Automating manual processes and workflows in both commercial and internally developed solutions.
Working knowledge of identity standards and integrations (e.g., SCIM, SAML, OIDC) across on-prem and cloud platforms
Familiarity with modern access management trends such as automation, AI-assisted role modeling, and risk-based access decisions
