Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Commercial Banking/ Corporate & Investment Banking (CB/CIB) team.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience in managing API platforms (like Apigee, Kong, API Connect etc.)
- Thrives in fast-paced agile, dynamic environment and can track multiple, complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to lead and independently manage mid to large size initiatives.
- 5+ years of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) experience
- 3+ years of API ecosystem and platform experience
- 3+ years of Agile experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting multiple large-scale projects in one or a combination of the following roles: publisher, product manager or business analyst
- Familiarity with Cloud native paradigm and awareness of Cloud infrastructure capabilities.
- Strong technical background and experienced with integrations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels including executives, customers, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days per week
- Flexible work hours including overlap with pacific time zone
