The Alerts & Messaging Product Team is responsible for developing and delivering critical, customer-facing communications via email, SMS, secure inbox, and mobile push notifications. These experiences support customers across key moments in their financial journey by ensuring timely, accurate, and relevant communications in support of all lines of business.
As a Lead Digital Product Manager, you will partner with business, design, technology, risk, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centered solutions. You will serve as a trusted leader and subject matter expert for Alerts & Messaging capabilities in a highly matrixed environment.
This role requires a self-directed, senior-level product leader who can independently drive outcomes, bring structure to complexity, and elevate delivery discipline across teams.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the Alerts team-of-team lead product analyst by partnering with technology and business stakeholders to translate requirement needs into clear, well-structured Epics, Features, and Stories.
- Own Alerts Jira data quality, delivery hygiene, and governance, ensuring accurate Epic, Feature, and Story data, financials, and reporting across teams.
- Provide ongoing requirements support by maintaining the Messaging Inventory as a system of record and serving as a general Alerts & Messaging SME.
- Support production escalation triage and root cause research using tools such as Google BigQuery, Oracle SQL Developer, Splunk, and others.
- Assist with control monitoring and documentation, ensuring evidence is audit-ready and supporting reviews with Internal Testing & Validation and Internal Audit.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and data-driven workflows to improve product discovery, prioritization, and delivery-driving greater efficiency, speed, and accuracy across planning, execution, and decision-making.
- Lead customer-centric product strategies with a strong focus on mobile and digital engagement
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience supporting alerts, messaging, or digital communications (email, SMS, push notifications).
- Background in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Jira, including Epic/Feature/Story
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, or scaled Agile frameworks).hierarchy, delivery tracking, and reporting.
- Familiarity with production support and incident triage, including use of data and log analysis tools.
- Experience supporting risk, controls, or audit activities, including documentation and evidence collection.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated commitment to delivery discipline and data quality.
- Proven ability to lead requirements development and influence outcomes across a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
- This role follows a hybrid work model, with in-office expectations aligned to team location.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
