The Lead Digital & Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering elevated, best-in-class graphic and digital design across all key brand and marketing touchpoints. Reporting into the Head of Creative & Art Direction, this role brings the brand vision to life through exceptional creative execution, leading a team of graphic & digital designers while acting as the lead designer across key brand projects and campaigns.
This is a highly creative position, requiring strong conceptual thinking, refined design skills and a deep understanding of elevated brand aesthetics across channels.
What you will do:
- Lead the creative development and execution of graphic and digital design across key brand moments (campaigns, runway, launches, packaging, brand assets)
- Personally design and deliver high-impact creative work, setting high standard and new ideas for design innovation and typography•
- Translate the Head of Creative & Art Direction vision into compelling, on-brand visual outputs
- Continuously evolve the COS visual language in line with brand direction
- Uphold and interpret brand guidelines through a creative lens, ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries
- Contribute to the evolution of design systems, templates, visual frameworks
- Deliver best-in-class design across all touchpoints including digital (e.g. site, email, social, advertising) print (e.g. advertising, packaging, labelling, event collateral, store brand materials).
- Ensure all creative is optimised for channel best practice, performance and customer experience
- Collaborate with Content, Media and Digital teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution
- Stakeholder in design of digital enhancements, templates, expansion, platforms and experiences
- Lead a team of Graphic & Digital Designers, fostering a high-performance, creative culture
- Provide clear creative direction, feedback and mentorship to elevate team output
- Work closely with Art Direction and Marketing teams to co-create impactful brand storytelling
- Partner with Graphic & Digital Design Operations Manager, on delivery of all creative work

- Strong collaboration skills across creative and marketing functions
- High attention to detail and commitment to protecting exceptional brand standard
