SUMMARY: A Lead Developer is responsible for participating in various activities throughout the systems development lifecycle, primarily developing high-quality technology solutions that meet customer needs by the specified delivery date. This role involves resolving support-related concerns while enhancing productivity, quality, and customer service standards. The Lead Developer will maintain professional and technical knowledge of the assigned area, focusing on emerging and predominant technologies. Essential duties include supporting project execution using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, collaborating with analysts, developers, and end users to understand requirements, reviewing and providing feedback on software development designs, and developing technical specifications for customized software development. The Lead Developer must be proficient in technologies such as Visual Studio 2019/2022, VS Code, MS SQL Server Management Studio, Redgate, PowerBI Desktop, PowerBI Report Builder, Infragistics, and DevExpress, and languages including C# 12, JavaScript ES6+, HTML 5, CSS 3, WPF/XAML. They should also be skilled in UI frameworks like Vue2, Vue3, WinForms, ASP.NET MVC, CSS frameworks like Vuetify 2, Vuetify 3, Bootstrap, MahApps.Metro, .NET stack development, and database development. Additional responsibilities include maintaining awareness of development best practices, software development testing, code reviews, scheduling and monitoring batch processes, and documenting and maintaining technical support procedures.
