Your mission & challenges
You provide technical leadership for the design team, own the mechanical development status, and bring the design to series maturity on schedule.
Providing technical leadership and coordination for the design team
Owning the design status, bills of materials, and release processes
Ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets in mechanical development
Conducting design reviews and coordinating with architecture, simulation, and industrialization
Advancing design guidelines and CAD methodology
What we're looking for
Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable
Several years of design experience, ideally with technical leadership responsibility
Very good CAD and PDM/PLM skills
Experience taking prototypes into series production
Assertive, structured, and team-oriented
