Lead and grow an AI engineering team to convert partner domain expertise into deployable robotic skills. Own partner technical relationships, oversee teleoperation, data pipelines, training, simulation, deployment, and validation, provide hands-on technical support, coordinate across teams, and define metrics and roadmap improvements for real-world robotic AI systems.

Lead and grow a team of robotic foundation model application engineers. Provide technical leadership for NeuraGym users across data collection, teleoperation, annotation, training, simulation, deployment, and validation. Collaborate with on-site robotics engineers, cloud and AI teams, resolve technical blockers, and feed learnings into product and AI roadmaps while tracking team KPIs.

Manage customer quotations and end-to-end order processes, act as the central interface between Sales, Production, PM, Finance and Service, maintain CRM/ERP data, prepare contractual documents, and support field sales with research and commercial documentation.

Integrate, validate, and improve third-party and internal navigation solutions on mobile robot platforms. Develop adapters between navigation systems and fleet/hardware interfaces, support commissioning (mapping, localization tuning, trajectory validation), analyze failures using logs/rosbag/RViz/Foxglove, and define acceptance criteria while collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Manage end-to-end recruitment: source and engage candidates, conduct interviews, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, represent employer brand at events, analyze recruiting metrics, and support offer negotiations.

Build and operate high-fidelity robot simulations: configure dynamics, contacts, articulations, sensors, and scenes; create headless benchmarks and automated test sweeps; validate sim-to-real fidelity against robot logs; maintain scene import/export pipelines; integrate simulation backend with platform runtime and APIs; version scenarios and produce structured benchmark reports.

Define system requirements and architecture for a humanoid robot, coordinate cross-functional integration (mechanical, electronics, controls, AI, perception, embedded software), lead system-level validation and verification, maintain traceability artifacts, and support deployment from prototype to production while ensuring safety and performance.

Develop and maintain the humanoid robot software platform integrating hardware, controllers, sensors, and middleware. Implement state machines, controller/mode management, fault detection/recovery, gRPC APIs, and health monitoring. Support robot bring-up, testing in simulation and on physical robots, CI/CD, and performance-sensitive embedded/Linux systems with DDS and ROS 2-based communications.

Lead and coordinate complex enterprise customer projects for robotics solutions, acting as primary customer contact. Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication across engineering, software, AI, and sales teams to ensure successful implementations and identify growth opportunities.

Own and integrate the humanoid middleware stack: ROS 2 infrastructure, OROCOS real-time control, Apex.OS safety deployments, DDS/RTPS tuning, Zenoh connectivity, and zero-copy high-bandwidth transports. Ensure deterministic, low-latency communication across perception, planning, locomotion, whole-body control, and hardware interfaces while collaborating with controls, perception, and systems teams to produce production-ready humanoid software.

Lead end-to-end testing and test strategy for a robot arm software stack, owning automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and cross-team validation. Design mechatronics-aware tests, drive regression and release validation, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate testing across robotics, firmware, application, and safety teams to ensure robust, safe real-world deployments.

Create and maintain standards-compliant, modular technical documentation for robotics products using XML/Quanos Schema ST4; develop information architectures, terminology, translation-friendly content, and documentation concepts. Collaborate with cross-site teams, support regulatory and risk-assessment requirements, and apply AI-supported tools and modern collaboration platforms to future-proof documentation.

Own and operate device connectivity between edge robots and the Neuraverse platform: onboard and manage devices/fleets via AWS IoT Core/Greengrass, design secure scalable cloud network and VPC architectures, implement infrastructure-as-code for connectivity, monitor device health, and collaborate with software and hardware teams to ensure reliable low-latency data flow.

Develop and deploy real-time whole-body locomotion and control algorithms for a humanoid robot, including trajectory optimization, MPC, QP-based WBC, dynamics modeling, solver robustness, and hardware validation at up to 1 kHz in collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams.

Launch and run a NEURAGym facility, lead on-site multidisciplinary teams, own customer operations from feasibility to validated robot skills, track utilisation and costs, manage budgets/assets/IT, and feed operational insights into product and process improvements.

Own verification and validation strategy for a humanoid robot across component to full-system levels. Define test plans, build and automate test rigs and CI/CD validation, execute functional/endurance/environmental tests, analyze failures, and improve test infrastructure and processes.

Lead frontend and UX for web, desktop, and mobile interfaces of a cognitive-robotics platform. Define design and technology roadmaps, productionize prototypes, govern design systems and accessibility (WCAG), manage interdisciplinary frontend and UX teams, collaborate with product, backend and hardware, and oversee vendor/partner relationships to deliver scalable, performant digital experiences.

Lead hands-on robot training and deployment at NeuraGym: onboard users, design curricula, collect and annotate data, run model training and simulation, support live demos, troubleshoot learning failures, and feed insights into product and AI roadmaps.

Design and direct brand publications, wayfinding, and image worlds; develop and maintain brand guidelines; brief and direct external creatives; ensure visual consistency across marketing and product touchpoints.

Execute system integration and end-to-end tests on quadruped robots, validate sensors/actuators/communications, manage defects in Jira, build and maintain test benches and HIL setups, collaborate with software and hardware teams to improve CI/CD testing and ensure safety, reliability, and compliance.
