Operate and continuously improve physical AI data-production gyms where robots learn real-world tasks. Train and support data operators, onboard customers, configure and calibrate teleoperation systems, debug robotics software, and ensure reliable sensor capture, synchronization, annotation, integrity, and cloud transfer. The role bridges gym staff with R&D and service teams and requires hands-on robotics, hardware, networking, embedded systems, and data-engineering expertise.

Generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives through strategic outbound prospecting, phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Research and qualify enterprise accounts, conduct initial discovery conversations, optimize multichannel campaigns, document interactions in the CRM, and hand off qualified opportunities. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing while using AI-powered prospecting tools to support growth in robotics and Physical AI.

Analyze logistics processes and data, identify optimization opportunities, and support process improvements across value and material flows. Contribute to digitalization, automation, AI-driven analytics, and cloud solution projects. Manage tax compliance and advisory activities for an international robotics company. Responsibilities include coordinating corporate, trade, and VAT returns; advising on international expansion, transfer pricing, and US tax matters; building the Tax Compliance Management System; leading tax audits; liaising with tax authorities and advisors; monitoring legislative changes; and advising leadership and cross-functional teams on tax implications.

Leads and grows a team of Robotic AI Application Engineers delivering customer deployments. Leads and develops a robotics and AI operations team, supports hiring, improves workflows, and coordinates teleoperation programs for humanoid and dual-arm robots. Owns project planning, timelines, resources, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, delivery, and long-term roadmap development across engineering, software, AI, and product teams.

Develop and validate safety-related PLC control logic for robotic systems. Integrate industrial communication and safety networks, I/O, sensors, actuators, and motion systems. Support robot integration, commission and debug machine safety functions, and verify compliance with ISO 13849, IEC 62061, and IEC 61508. Collaborate with software, hardware, safety, and certification teams using Python, C++, and Git.

Develop and execute Neura’s AI, PLA, and NeuraGym strategy, including business model design, market entry sequencing, competitive intelligence, investor and partner narratives, and strategic partnerships.
