Responsibilities include evaluating use cases, guiding teleoperation and data collection, overseeing training-to-deployment pipelines, supporting live robotic experiments, resolving technical issues, coordinating Cloud and Core AI teams, shaping product roadmaps, and managing performance metrics. The role combines people leadership, customer partnership, hands-on robotics AI expertise, and delivery of reliable physical AI systems.

Build and maintain reusable GitLab CI/CD pipelines for cloud, AI, and robot software. Develop reproducible C++ and ROS 2 build pipelines, packaging, multi-architecture containers, automated testing, and release workflows. Operate GitLab runners on Kubernetes and AWS, integrate supply-chain security, and connect artifacts to registries and GitOps-based deployments. Consult with robotics, AI, and cloud teams to improve their build and delivery practices.

Leads mechanical design and production release of robotic hands and precision electromechanical mechanisms. Owns CAD, product data, tolerance analysis, GD&T, DFM/DFA, failure analysis, supplier transfer, validation, and manufacturing ramp-up. Coordinates international production activities, supports testing and quality improvements, defines inspection and acceptance criteria, and mentors junior engineers. The role requires extensive mechanical product development experience, robotics or precision mechanism expertise, and proficiency with CAD and PDM systems.

Lead AI Engineers developing deployable robotic skills for NEURA Gym. The role covers partner technical relationships, use-case evaluation, data collection and teleoperation, model training, simulation, deployment, validation, troubleshooting, metrics, team development, and product roadmap input. The position requires hands-on machine learning expertise for robotics, technical leadership, and collaboration across AI, cloud, robotics, and customer teams.

Provides first-level IT support for approximately 1,500 developers and business users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, device lifecycle management across Ubuntu, Windows, and macOS, onboarding and offboarding, identity and access administration, ticket resolution in Jira, asset tracking, documentation, and escalation to second-level support. The role is on-site and requires clear communication, networking fundamentals, and English proficiency in an international environment.

Plan, build, review, and operate secure integrations between business systems. Manage authentication and access concepts, approve production implementations, support technical GDPR requirements, and advise on data migration projects from scoping through cutover. Owns mechanical product development for the MiPA cognitive mobile robotics platform from concept through production. Responsibilities include designing structural assemblies, mechanisms, robot components, and electromechanical subsystems; creating CAD models, drawings, documentation, and BOMs; conducting mechanical analyses; applying DFM/DFA; supporting prototyping, integration, validation, and testing; selecting materials and manufacturing processes; maintaining engineering data; and collaborating across electronics, controls, software, systems, and manufacturing teams.

Lead mechanical design and development for a cognitive mobile robot platform, from concept through production release. Create CAD models, drawings, product structures, and bills of materials; perform structural, durability, stability, and tolerance analyses; and drive DFM/DFA. Coordinate multidisciplinary development, support prototyping and validation, manage engineering changes and configuration control, and contribute to technical decisions, risk assessments, and design reviews.

Create, maintain, and approve production-ready technical drawings and derive part and assembly drawings from 3D CAD models. Define GD&T, surface specifications, materials, BOMs, and drawing standards. Perform structural, fatigue, thermal, tolerance, and reliability analyses; oversee validation, root-cause investigations, supplier reviews, and production ramp-up. Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations, while mentoring junior engineers.

Supports competency and qualification management, including competency profiles and skills matrices. Analyzes HR capabilities and data to inform workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management. Helps develop performance management processes, HR standards, tools, and initiatives. Independently manages HR sub-projects from concept through implementation, organizes workshops, and collaborates with managers and departments. Requires strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and project-management skills, plus English and German proficiency.

Supports product and partner marketing through research, fact sheets, presentations, campaigns, content creation, asset library maintenance, reporting, and event preparation. The intern contributes across marketing strategy, brand, creative, content, channels, and trade shows, while completing and presenting an independent project. Occasional travel is required.

Support the planning, coordination, delivery, and follow-up of trade shows, summits, and other marketing events.
