  • Establish clarity of assumptions, integrity of inputs, and disciplined follow-through on actions.

  • Continuously strengthen commercial finance processes, tools, and reporting to improve execution and decision quality.

Commercial Partnership & Business Enablement

  • Serve as the primary finance lead for assigned commercial domains, enabling leaders to understand commercial drivers, financial outcomes, and available decision paths.

  • Surface how commercial behaviors, assumptions, and execution choices influence forecast credibility, margin performance, and downstream delivery.

  • Provide informed guidance on margin performance, pricing effectiveness, forecast credibility, and revenue realization.

  • Design and maintain dashboards, tools, and KPIs that sharpen visibility and improve decision quality.

  • Engage actively in commercial forums, providing insight that helps leaders evaluate trade-offs and prioritize actions that improve results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales Operations, Operations Finance, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Shared Services to reinforce alignment and consistency.

  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve forecasting credibility, margin discipline, and execution effectiveness.
