Project
- Cloud Migration
What you’ll do:
- Lead data platform design and evolution — from modeling to scalable pipeline architecture
- Define and own the company’s data and integration strategy
- Build, optimize, and maintain large-scale ETL/ELT workflows
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are in place
- Act as the technical lead for the data engineering team and mentor other engineers
- Partner with business and analytics teams to deliver impactful data solutions
- Bring new ideas, tools, and best practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring) to life
What you bring:
- 7+ years in data engineering, data warehousing, or large-scale data processing
- Strong Python and SQL skills with an eye for performance tuning
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, BigQuery, etc.)
- Proven ability to design and manage complex ETL/ELT systems
- Deep understanding of data modeling and architecture
- Leadership experience and clear, confident communication in English
Bonus points for:
- Experience with data governance, metadata management, or data catalogs
- Knowledge of Kafka, Spark Streaming, or Flink
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines)
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Data Architect
