Primary Responsibilities:
- Work on business analysis requests around different business problems
- Creating analytical findings for the internal clients of UHG as per specifications received from them using information in UHG Specific databases
- Interact with the business users to understand their requirements
- Draw up project plan for the reports and execute as per schedule
- Develop impactful presentations and documents
- Perform quality checks on the reports and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before sending it across to the clients both internal and external
- End to end experience in designing and deploying reports/ Dashboard/ data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors / 4 years of university degree
- 7+ years of business experience in analytics projects in Business Intelligence space
- Experience on handling BIG Data/ Cloud Data Structures for Ad-Hoc Analysis
- Experience in team handling and client management
- Good knowledge round Descriptive Business Analytics techniques like Hypothesis testing, Clustering, Segmentation etc.
- In-Depth/Project Knowledge of Business intelligence tools like Tableau/Power BI, etc.
- Good understanding of analytics tools: R, Python and BI tools.
- Proven solid problem-solving skills
- Proven good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to work well both independently and within a team in a deadline driven environment
- Proven ability to take responsibility and deliver projects
