Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Lead Data Analyst to join our team. The role involves working extensively on MIS reporting, business analytics, dashboarding, automation, and data-driven decision-making while leading high-impact analytical initiatives across business functions. The candidate will collaborate with multiple business stakeholders to analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, automate reporting workflows, and support strategic business initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, have hands-on experience with SQL, Python, dashboards, and modern AI tools, and demonstrate the ability to mentor team members and influence business decisions through data.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare, maintain, and drive improvements in MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance trackers.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify business trends, growth opportunities, operational gaps, and performance insights.
  • Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau.
  • Use Python for data cleaning, automation, reporting, and analytical workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable analytical solutions.
  • Support automation initiatives using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and other GenAI platforms.
  • Assist in creating AI-driven workflows, integrations, plug-ins, and automation use cases.
  • Present insights through structured storytelling and executive-level summaries to business stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and validation of business-critical reports and dashboards.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of key analytics initiatives and provide guidance to junior analysts on best practices.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements to business processes.

Required Skills: 

  • Strong knowledge of SQL (Advanced SQL preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Good understanding of Python for data analysis and automation
  • Hands-on experience with Python libraries
  • Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Experience in building interactive dashboards and reports
  • Strong understanding of business metrics and analytical problem-solving
  • Ability to perform storytelling with data and present insights effectively
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and numerical analysis
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar GenAI platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead analytical projects independently and mentor junior team members


Preferred Skills: 

  • Understanding of dashboard automation and reporting workflows
  • Exposure to APIs, integrations, or AI-based automation use cases
  • Basic knowledge of predictive analytics/statistical modeling
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience driving cross-functional analytics initiatives and collaborating with senior business stakeholders

Experience: 

3-5 Years

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related fields.
