The Opportunity:
Join CACI’s dynamic team as a Training Support Specialist and play a pivotal role in developing and delivering cyber training and exercises for Cyber Mission Forces and USCYBERCOM’s joint training program. You will support CCMD exercises and the Persistent Cyber Training Environment. This position also includes the opportunity to assist in all facets of CYBERCOM’s training program, including strategy and policy.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Service Delivery of Course Curriculum:
- Develop and deliver cyber training courses and exercises for Cyber Mission Forces and USCYBERCOM’s joint training program.
- Create joint doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Support force development training and CCMD exercises.
- Contribute to the Persistent Cyber Training Environment.
- Assist in all facets of CYBERCOM’s training program, including strategy and policy development.
Contribute to Joint Standards and Documentation:
- Contribute substantive content to the development and maintenance of joint standards for training.
- Contribute substantive content to the development of Readiness Reports.
- Prepare and coordinate training plans, schedules, and reports.
- Contribute substantive content to the development and maintenance of Training Curriculums, Schedules, Joint Cyber Training and Certification Standards, Training and Readiness Manual, and other training documentation and guidance.
Assist in Mission Essential Tasks:
- Assist in coordination and development of Joint Mission Essential Tasks and review of joint mission essential task lists.
- Assist in assessing USCYBERCOM’s ability to meet the joint mission essential task list standards.
Provide Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Services:
- Research, analyze, identify, and recommend Modeling and Simulation (M&S) solutions capable of integrating cyberspace operations training and exercise information into Joint Staff and CCMD Joint Virtual Live Constructive (JVLC) simulation capabilities.
- Focus on promulgation of cyberspace operations effects across physical domains in networked simulations.
Collaborate with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with team members, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training materials.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for enhancing training programs and methodologies.
- Stay current with the latest cyber training trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- Minimum of 10 years of training experience.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired:
- Experience in developing and delivering cyber training programs.
- Familiarity with joint doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Experience with CCMD exercises and the Persistent Cyber Training Environment.
- Knowledge of CYBERCOM’s training strategies and policies.
- Experience with Modeling and Simulation (M&S) services in a cyber operations context.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
