The Opportunity 
The purpose of this role is to manage and expand portfolios, enhancing relationships with brokers, and grow the distribution network.
Additionally, the role involves supporting the delivery of effective partnering initiatives, managing partner portfolios, and driving business development functions to attract and retain partners aligned with the company's strategy. The role also focuses on developing and strengthening partnerships with key brokers to drive profitable growth opportunities and retention across QBE business units.

Your New Role

  • Develop relationships within QBE to create awareness of Product.

  • Work with marketing to raise the profile of product.

  • Streamline policy wording for wider market reach.

  • Monitor Risk Profile diversity in portfolio.

  • Motivate and develop the team to support business goals.

  • Participate in strategic plans for profitable growth.

  • Collate market intelligence for future strategy development.

About You

  • Establish and promote positive company image with key customers.

  • Monitor and interpret region's results and trends.

  • Engage with stakeholders to develop and evaluate business plans

  • Experience in strategic account management in insurance.

  • General insurance underwriting experience.

  • Established customer/broker relationships.

  • Leadership experience in insurance or financial services industry.

Qualifications:
Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
