The Customer Data for Consumer Strategy Lead is responsible for understanding the intersect between data sources and ensuring they stitch into a functional consumer data profile for connecting prospect and member experiences. This is a data-focused role in the product organization of the omnichannel team in the Growth Division of Humana and works cross functionally across the organization.

The Lead implements the vision and roadmap in partnership with the Interop Experience team for personalized member experience throughout the entire Humana-patient journey across provider, specialist, hospital, and pharmacy. Defines product features/data and prioritizes product backlog. Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial related to digital platforms and omni channel capabilities. Coordinates conversations across matrix organizations of Interop, Humana Retail, Humana Pharmacy and Humana Primary Care organization in all phases of the experience life cycle, from inception to production, by managing data and analytics to meet business needs through the development of core experiences. The Lead shall have deep knowledge of medical conditions and pharmacy prescriptions to understand each unique member experience. The Lead should be able to have deep conversations with AI and data analytics teams who create clinical models in order to understand how to utilize these proactive models to enhance the member experience while improving Humana’s STAR ratings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 8 years managing data integrations

  • At least 8 years of experience in the creation and management of a data dictionary, API integration management, data governance, structured and unstructured schema and data as well as database technologies

  • At least 2 years of project leadership experience

  • Prior experience not only creating data strategy, but overseeing the implementation and communication with key stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities

  • Prior experience working with teams and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

Work-At-Home Information

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:

  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

  • Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$123,800 - $170,400 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
