About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Credit Resolution Specialist to support the Equipment Finance team within the Commercial Bank (CB). Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .
In this role, you will:
  • Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact and act as key participant in large-scale planning for Credit Resolution functional area
  • Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, large-scale, and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of Credit Resolution functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with Credit Resolution peers, colleagues, and middle to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead Credit Resolution projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Credit Resolution experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with collections and credit analysis background
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Understanding equipment finance financial products
  • Experience working with dealers and commercial sales
  • Experience with portfolio and program management
  • Strong MS Office skills with a particular emphasis on MS Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
