JOB TITLE: Lead Consultant - SAP IBP

Location – Hyderabad/ Pune

Experience: 10-15 years

Job Role:

• Work with the Solution Architect to develop a build and delivery plan that meets the clients’ requirements and timeline aligned with their KPIs and definition of success.
• Leverage our LIFT delivery methodology and past project key learnings while building the required plan which uniquely fits the client situation.
• Establish a strong working relationship with the client business leaders and project sponsors.
• Be able to help clients understand how to integrate plans across different horizons.
• Lead/Support blueprint sessions to identify requirements and guide the design towards supply chain best practices.
• Lead Supply Chain and Decision Analysis to identify and size improvement opportunities in client’s supply chain planning, logistics and distribution networks.
• Consult client on their effective usage of ERP systems (particularly SAP) and adjacent systems as it interfaces with SAP IBP.
• Be prepared to potentially work across one or more projects (at one or more clients).
• Actively participate in the development and refinement of our Performance Improvement methods, tools, and capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Ten plus years of experience in supply chain planning or supply chain execution or solution implementation experience. 
• Candidates should have more than four years of IBP experience and have completed minimum of 2 full IBP implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in software engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Held a Manager/Leadership position in a Supply Chain Organization and/or have worked for a Consulting company providing services in the Supply Chain environment.
• Travel, depending on the project phase, may be required, depending on the project.
• Candidate should have excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP with rollout experience in IBP S&OP, Demand planning, Response & Supply and should possess IBP solution expertise to design, build, test & deploy the solution.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Planning Solution, knowledge of IBP architecture and capable of providing analysis & solutions clearly communicated to the customer.
• Ability to comprehend complex business processes and create necessary documentation to capture these processes. Deliver Functional Specifications, design blueprint and related documentation.
• Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements.
• Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements and Developments to meet business needs. Should be able to map client requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions. 
• Experience with complex Architecture / interfaces. Experience in Interfaces for master and transactional data and exposure to SAP HCI setup will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to SAP APO in one or more sub modules will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills a must.
• Project management skills will be a value add.
• SAP IBP Certification Associate highly desirable. 

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree Required.
