Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in chemical, industrial or related engineering

  • 10 to 15+ years of experience in refinery, petrochemical and chemical relevant project exposure

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting process optimization initiatives (e.g., APC/RTO concepts, target/constraint strategy, validation against plant historian data, and deployment support).

  • Analysis of technical requirements, solving detailed technical problems and providing solutions

  • Good commercial awareness

  • Strong presentation skills (technical and executive audience)

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Desirable

  • Prior experience with AVEVA USC software (e.g. Spiral Assay, Plan and Network)
