What we're looking for:
You as a Lead Cloud Development Engineering with expertise in cloud native development, flexible and open to work in different technologies if required, willing to collaborate with the brightest engineering minds, customer focused , ready to work at a fast but sustainable pace and help scale our critical cloud microservices.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, build, test and ship new features on cloud micro services.
• Continuously analyze and identify ways to improve service scalability, performance, resiliency and security while being frugal on infrastructure cost.
• Implement and follow engineering, security and performance best practices.
• Review code of all major changes incorporated in the services
• Lead from the front and help troubleshoot service outages and customer escalations.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new ways to maximize development efficiency and increase adoption of Gen AI
Basic Qualifications:
• BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field with at least 8+ years of overall software development experience.
• Experience in building and scaling at least 2-3 enterprise grade cloud services and well versed with handling of post-production customer escalations.
• Proficiency in at least one server side programming language like Java/Python/Node.JS/C#.
• Proficiency in CI/CD & IAC tools/technologies like - Terraform, Kubernetes (AKS), Team City/Jenkins, Serverless architectures, PowerShell.
• Proficiency in at least one cloud platform like Azure/AWS.
• Experience in UI design and development using Angular/TypeScript/Cypress.
• Experience with Agile development methodology (preferably scrum).
