- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and enhance secure, scalable public cloud solutions using DevSecOps best practices.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform Enterprise (TFE) to support consistent, automated cloud deployments.
- Lead engineering efforts across a primarily AWS-based environment, while also supporting Azure capabilities where needed.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud landing zones that enable governance, security, and operational readiness.
- Drive cloud networking solutions, including connectivity, segmentation, and foundational platform design across environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping build team capability and cloud engineering expertise.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, or DevSecOps roles.
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting solutions in AWS, with working knowledge of Azure services and patterns.
- Strong experience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform and Terraform Enterprise (TFE), to build and manage repeatable cloud environments.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, policy enforcement, and automated controls across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of cloud landing zones, identity and access management, governance guardrails, and cloud networking concepts such as VPC/VNet design, routing, connectivity, and segmentation.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools or languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers, share engineering best practices, and collaborate effectively across development, platform, security, and operations teams.
- Required: One current cloud certification in AWS or equivalent, demonstrating hands-on expertise in cloud engineering and automation.
- Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, and HashiCorp Terraform certification.
