Your ability to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide guidance to channel sales representatives will contribute to the company's overall growth and position it as a leader in the industry. 

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance 
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions 
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth 
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to channel sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement 
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE 

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders 
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities 
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is <$175000 - $219,000>. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is <$175000 - $219,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
