Purpose of the role: This role is the gateway to all enterprise process management tooling related rollout and change management requirements. The role ensures user awareness/expertise/adoption of tooling across senior management to expert levels; service level compliance for functionality / configuration changes or enhancements; technical operations and piloting new use cases of the tooling. Displaying leadership whilst managing and interacting with Process Modelers, Senior tech, process & governance teams and stakeholders.
Responsibility:
• On-boarding user community of large complex assignments on enterprise process management tooling, including :
• Train users on related tooling features in context of process management framework
• Create and manage data capturing / modelling / dashboarding workspace as needed
• Migrate approved existing content to tooling as per standards (leveraging automated solutions)
• After-care of user community including:
• Coaching and consult on content administration
• Enable tooling solutions for content capturing /modelling experts and end-users to self-service on content quality
assurance as per standards
• Maintain metamodel and tooling related knowledge base and FAQs on team site
• Ensure service level compliance for tooling configuration, incident management, service level monitoring, IT risk/ security
management, license/content/asset lifecycle management, tooling release upgrade, QA on 3rd party scripts
• Ensure service level compliance for deployment of solutions towards:
• content change release and publication
• aggregated reporting on content completion tracking, usage, content reuse, QA summary, gap and impact analysis
• other approved change requests
• Lead maintenance of tooling standards (incl. configuration of method, portal, QA; scripting; user access)
• Lead technical in-take, feasibility run and pilot for new use-cases of business modelling tooling
• Oversight and decision making on business modelling metamodel and configuration architecture along with functional
interfaces to other group applications
• Lead the technical on-boarding and after-care of tooling capabilities across various Maersk functions:;
•Ensure the required skills and resources for tooling usage in all functions; support the recruitment, training and
development of regional integration experts;
•Act as a key advisor to Process Owners, Solution Architects, and Digital Transformation Leaders, ensuring BPM tools drive
business agility and automation-readiness.
•Lead feasibility assessments and pilots for new BPM use cases, including AI-driven process insights and automation
frameworks. Experience leading cross-functional process transformation initiatives, collaborating with senior
management, IT, and enterprise architecture teams.
Accountable for : Metamodel, standards and service levels for enterprise process management tooling • Tooling operational resilience, configuration and technical rollout • Enable content lifecycle management in tooling based on self-service approach • Enable Transformation Office functions in tooling usage.
Critical competencies :
15+ years of technical experience in enterprise process management tooling
• Strong working experience in administering market leading enterprise process
management tools mainly ARIS, (BES, ARIS, Signavio etc)..
• Oversee technical configuration, scripting, and integration architecture for BPM tooling.
• Ensure compliance with IT risk, security, and service-level agreements (SLAs) for BPM
and automation platforms.
• Strong active listening skills
• Confident and engaging communication skills across all levels of seniority.
• Experience working in a large global company with multiple product families.
• Business level English – oral and written.

•Global Process Lead satisfaction score per assignment based on detailed assessment of on-boarding / after-care outcome
IMPACT
•Structural and performance analysis based insight contributing to end to end metrics (incl. process standardization and automation). Quality of process models at various levels.
ADOPTION
•% Target roles trained on process management framework and process design / improvement method
•Post project go-live, target processes released to business users with clear adoption and active usage
SUSTAINABILITY
•Business modelling solution provisions majority of user-needs through out-of-the-box configurable functionality
B.Organizational
•Execution Excellence & Process Modeling Leader..
•8 to 10 going forward (mix of Process Modelers & Technical integration Architect) ..
