About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within the Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) team responsible ensuring that all devices found on the Wells Fargo network can be identified and documented accurately in the ServiceNow inventory System of Record. The resource will work in a collaborative effort and have a lead role in the triaging, assigning, and tracking remediation efforts related to hardware discrepancies identified through SACM Hardware Validation Process and associated critical controls. The resource will serve as a validation expert, partnering with asset class owners and product SMEs to ensure records are accurate and aligned across systems as well as initiate remediation efforts if unexpected infrastructure is identified on the WF network. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and is mission critical for security initiatives and supporting vulnerability response efforts. The resource will drive providing accurate data for key performance metrics that drive strategic decision making and reduction in risk by minimizing the volume of unknown or unmanaged connections. This role will be instrumental in trend analysis and root cause identification, process, and tool enhancements for ServiceNow and the key integrations that feed inventory data to ServiceNow.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute to remediate asset discrepancies that may incur risk to Wells Fargo
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Evaluate feedback from subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional support teams to make appropriate decisions in highly complex, risk-averse environment
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group, including those who work in different organizations but support the function
- Daily review of new and outstanding data attributes produced within the ServiceNow database and use of analysis to make basic identification and assignment of items to be tracked within ServiceNow
- Work with key Asset Class Owner (ACO) stakeholders to continually review assigned tasks and drive to remediation
- Provide asset expertise to distributed support resources assigned to resolve the tasks, to ensure timely remediation. Capable to escalate as warranted to meet SLAs
- Perform recurring analysis of the data to identify trends to identify potential logic updates or notices to key stakeholders of potential gaps in processes or tools
- Maintain awareness of needed ServiceNow tool opportunities and participate in Agile process of development
- Produce necessary data to leadership to calculate key metrics and inputs to any exceptions
- Provide technical guidance and expertise within the ServiceNow solution for less experienced users
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of ServiceNow
- 1+ years working knowledge of IT Infra i.e. managing, supporting, or implementation of IT Infra and/or network topology
Desired Qualifications:
- Collaborative experiences with strong communication skills to work with a diverse and distributed team of support
- Knowledge of Inventory/asset management
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure, including both hardware and virtual machines
- Understanding of network topology to minimum level of IP addresses and networks
- Experience in an agile development environment to participate in ongoing solution development activities
- Reporting experience to include use of Excel and creation of dashboards and managing key metrics
- Experience with analytical skills to be able to identify and communicate trends within the data

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00Benefits
