SimCorp Dimension® is our integrated front-to-back investment management platform, used by leading global financial institutions. To stay ahead of industry needs, we continuously enhance our solutions and improve how we deliver and support them.

Our Advanced Delivery Center (ADC) — located in Warsaw, Manila, and Mexico City — enables close collaboration with clients across EMEA, APAC, and North America. Within the ADC, our Business Consultants ensure tailored configuration and smooth deployment of SimCorp Dimension.

We are now expanding our Accounting & Operations (ABOR) team in Mexico City and seeking a Senior Business Consultant to lead implementations to completion. In this role, you will design and execute implementation plans, configure and test SimCorp Dimension modules, deliver documentation and training, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR  

  • Lead the delivery of SimCorp Dimension modules — from configuration and testing to documentation and training

  • Translate client requirements into scalable, efficient workflows within SimCorp Dimension

  • Design end-to-end solutions that support clients’ accounting and operational processes

  • Configure and customize system components to align with client needs

  • Support clients in building test strategies and executing test plans

  • Identify and diagnose issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure smooth implementation

  • Deliver training to help clients operate and enhance their SimCorp Dimension setup

  • Continuously grow your knowledge of product functionality and industry best practices   

WHAT WE VALUE

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, or related fields

  • 7+ years of experience in the financial sector, in FinTech, consulting, or investment/fund accounting

  • Solid understanding of investment accounting, workflows, or ABOR processes

  • Practical knowledge of financial instruments and investment operations

  • Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at multiple levels

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information and foresee client requirements

  • Effective communication skills in English

  • Familiarity with trading, settlements, SWIFT, or reconciliation

Skills Required

  • ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification
  • ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level Test Analyst certification
  • Proficiency with MS365: Word, Excel, Teams (Planner & Lists), Outlook, SharePoint
  • Experience with test and incident management tools: Azure DevOps Test Plans, Jira, Agility, HP ALM
  • Solid understanding of established testing practices and test governance
  • Familiarity with financial domain processes and SimCorp Dimension (SCD)
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones
  • PMP certification
