Our BA team stands at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge products, serving as a knowledge hub on IT projects and guiding them to go-live. We take ownership of stakeholder management, bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, identify opportunities for improvement, and define requirements for IT systems or projects.
We function as a force multiplier on the project while producing important deliverables like specifications. We are not afraid to step outside the boundaries of the classic IT BA role, we often wear different hats like PO or QA to get the job done. We deepen our domain knowledge for every new product, and we collaborate both with design and technical teams.
Supported by a strong professional community, we value transparent communication, a growth mindset, and strive for greatness in every endeavour. Together, we drive transformative experiences and shape a brighter future.
Leading this team means taking part in the work and managing the people and profession at the same time.

Supporting the Delivery team to traffic-manage business analysts across projects, matching the right people to the right work
Continuing to improve our Business Analysis service to build processes and optimising workflows to enhance our team's support for projects and achieve even better quality
Taking part in the Product Team’s leadership, shaping the wider team's direction together your peers, where you support each other and keep the teams aligned
