We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive discovery, requirements, and process improvement across Global Business Platforms. In this role, you will partner closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors. You will help consolidate systems through structured discovery work and well-built business cases, and support our ERP program with deep discovery into areas of significant complexity. You will work across global IT, business teams, and external partners to translate complex business needs into clear, well-governed requirements.

What you’ll be doingLeading end-to-end discovery projects, uncovering root causes and identifying gaps in internal processes.
Translating ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, process maps, and business cases.
Owning analysis and design for complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring scalable, standardized solutions.
Driving system consolidation efforts through rigorous discovery work and well-structured business cases.
Defining and tracking benefits realization, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value.
Supporting the ERP program through deep discovery into areas of significant business complexity.
