Position: Lead BIM Associate - L2
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead BIM Associate - L2 to drive high-quality BIM project delivery while leading and managing a team of BIM professionals. This role combines advanced technical expertise, Automation Skills, project coordination, and line management responsibilities to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient execution of structural BIM projects.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Delivery
- Lead BIM modelling, coordination, and detailing for RC and Structural Steel projects.
- Develop and review Revit models, drawings, and families ensuring adherence to BIM standards and project requirements.
- Perform quality checks, resolve model issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate effectively with Architectural, MEP, and engineering teams.
- Utilize Forma/BIM360/ACC platforms and implement automation to enhance productivity.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects with strong focus on timelines, quality, and resource planning.
- Support project estimation, tracking of hours, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure compliance with QMS procedures, BIM standards, and drafting guidelines.
Team Leadership (Line Management)
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Sr BIM technicians and their Leads.
- Monitor performance, workload, timesheets, and skill development.
- Manage leave plans and resource allocation to avoid project conflicts.
- Provide technical guidance, feedback, and career development support.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a primary point of contact for project coordination queries.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support business growth through identifying additional work opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- 18+ years of experience in BIM modelling and structural detailing.
- Prior experience in Middle East and international projects is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, coordination, and project delivery processes.

Skills Required
- Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 18+ years of BIM modelling and structural detailing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
- Experience with Forma, BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, coordination, and project delivery processes
- Proven team leadership and line management of BIM technicians
- Experience in project estimation, resource planning, timesheet tracking
- Familiarity with QMS procedures and drafting guidelines
- Automation skills and continuous improvement mindset
- Prior Middle East and international project experience
