1. Job Summary:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and generating reports to support
business operations and decision-making. The role involves maintaining accurate data records,
preparing periodic MIS reports, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
2. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports- Which includes Invoice Processing ,
• Keeping track of monthly Provision, Tracker for Budget vs Actual Spend.
• Track and maintain record related to Statutory Compliance and EHS.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in reports.
• Create dashboards, charts, and summaries for management review.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports and data records.
3. Required Skills:
• Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas).
• Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis, Good understanding of MS Office,
especially Excel and PowerPoint. ,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good Knowledge of Power BI to create Dashboard
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data.
Qualifications:
Must be Graduate.
5-7 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with Power BI with DAX Query, Advanced Excel functions
