Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an accurate asset inventory and tracking system.
- Lead the procurement, allocation, and retirement process for organizational assets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal asset utilization and maintenance.
- Implement policies and procedures to safeguard and manage assets efficiently.
- Monitor asset depreciation, insurance, and maintenance schedules.

- Lead & Monitor Central warehouse, site-wise inventory levels, material movement, and stock reconciliation.
- Responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functional readiness of the training facility, along with streamlined coordination of store operations across all project sites.
- Lodge police complain and insurance claim on the event of any loss / theft / damage of any asset and take full ownership in getting the claim from the insurance company
- In case of closure of project closely monitor and record the asset, present the list to the management and follow his instruction for disposal/ resale. Check the requirement of the asset procured and make a cost comparative analysis between procurement of the asset viz-a-viz hiring the same.
- Update the maintenance record on a regular basis and arrange for the timely maintenance of the equipment’s by creating a database system for tracking.
- Study the Equipment Specification in detail and do a market survey on its performance. Develop a report and present it to management on a regular basis.
