We need a Lead Application Developer who can sit with a requirement, turn it into a working application.This is a hands-on lead role: you still design, code, test and deploy, and you also guide the people doing the same work beside you.
What you will do:
- Lead technical teams that turn user requirements into custom applications
- Design, build and deploy programmes from specification through to release
- Code, test, debug and document classes and application logic
- Build prototypes and agree the application plan with the team and the client
- Work inside the client’s SDLC and application lifecycle processes
- Design and deploy eLearning solutions, then support adoption through training
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Required
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science and\or Software Engineering and\or Information Systems and\or Information Technology and\or related technical certification in IT field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an application developer working with:
- ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC 5&C#
- JavaScript & JQuery
- HTML and CSS
- Microsoft SQL Server and stored procedures
- Blazor
- Angular
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a development team, providing guidance and oversight to development teams
- Proficient in Source Code Management applications
Skills Required
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical IT certification
- At least 10 years of application development experience
- Experience with ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC 5, and C#
- Experience with JavaScript and jQuery
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and stored procedures
- Experience with Blazor
- Experience with Angular
- At least 5 years managing development teams and providing guidance and oversight
- Proficiency with source code management applications
