Skills Required
- 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling, or Statistics experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education
- 7+ years of experience in Analytics, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Risk Analytics, or Enterprise Transformation
- Leadership experience with strategic modernization initiatives
- Expert-level Python for AI development, analytics, automation, anomaly detection, and scalable monitoring platforms
- Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, LLM APIs, MCP-enabled architectures, Prompt Engineering, and RAG frameworks
- Experience architecting and scaling enterprise AI platforms, multi-agent solutions, and AI-powered monitoring capabilities
- Experience leading platform modernization, SAS-to-Python migration, GCP cloud transformation, and analytics automation programs
- Expertise in NLP, unstructured data analytics, machine learning, anomaly detection, and risk signal detection
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data architecture, and large-scale data environments
- Understanding of AI architecture, governance, explainability, risk controls, and production deployment standards
- Experience developing and scaling custom agents, copilots, enterprise AI solutions, and automation platforms
- Ability to define enterprise AI strategy, target-state architecture, technology roadmaps, and modernization priorities
- Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing senior business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders
- Leadership experience building high-performing teams, mentoring senior consultants, and driving enterprise AI adoption
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and build partnerships across business and functional areas
- Ability to build relationships with executive management, regulatory examiners, and internal auditors
- Willingness to work in Bangalore or Hyderabad
- Willingness to work onsite during the mid-shift from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday
