What You Will Get To Do:

- Work closely with our product team and clients to build data and analytics solutions.

- Mentor and share knowledge with other members of the development and product teams.
What You Will Bring:
- Natural curiosity and passion for learning new technologies and experience delivering successful data and analytics-driven product solutions.
- Excellent written communication skills and an appreciation for documentation.
- Professional experience creating and delivering product solutions with LLM and/or Gen AI.
- Experience with model tuning, prompt engineering, data modeling, and data preparation.
- Proficient in Python with knowledge of libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience in AWS: Lambda, Glue, Athena, Redshift DB, Dynamo DB, Bedrock, and QuickSight.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Proactive and flexible in daily work assignments and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with SQL
- Passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge within a team environment.
- Demonstrate an understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Minimally requires a Master's degree and 1 year of related experience, a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or a high school degree and 5 years of related experience.
Preferred requirements
- Experience in integrating solutions within native CRM applications like Salesforce.
- Experience in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
