Lead Legal Solutions Client Adviser
Are you a customer-obsessed advisor who can translate LegalTech capabilities into measurable outcomes across the APAC and Middle East region? We're seeking a Lead Legal Solutions Client Adviser to partner with key customers and prospects, deepen adoption and value realisation and elevate the end-to-end experience across our Legal Solutions and broader Thomson Reuters portfolio.
In this role, you will drive satisfaction and retention by ensuring customers and key prospects understand LegalTech use cases, focusing on increasing product adoption, utilisation and value realisation. Acting as a trusted legal solutions adviser, you will directly engage with clients and prospects to understand their use cases, drive solution adoption and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and customer experience.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Lead Legal Solutions Client Adviser, you will:
Customer and Prospects Legal Solutions Engagement: Lead meetings to understand and document customer use cases, share best practices and advise on embedding strategies.
Driving Sales and Adoption: Provide training to boost product use and identify opportunities for better utilisation of Thomson Reuters legal solutions and associated platforms.
Value Realisation: Help measure ROI and guide prospects and customers toward desired outcomes.
Retention and Expansion: Collaborate with teams to find upsell opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Advocacy: Promote customer success stories and support long-term goal planning.
Collaboration: Work with sales, CSM, marketing and partners across the APAC and Middle East region to develop campaigns and align strategies.
Product Roadmap: Collect feedback to inform product development and M&A decisions.
Thought Leadership: Share insights through papers, events, and community engagement.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Lead Legal Solutions Client Adviser if you have the following required qualifications:
Legal experience and practical knowledge of legal practice.
Experience in supporting change management and digital transformation efforts.
Proven customer-centric mindset and commitment to exceptional service.
In-depth understanding of legal software technology products.
Experience in building and maintaining strategic customer relationships.
Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and solve complex customer challenges.
Additional preferred qualifications include:
Experience working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
Strong understanding of the evolving legal services landscape.
Experience in project management and delivering technology-driven initiatives.
